In 2002, Jeff and Trish Wiltse started Fire Fly Restaurant. Originally named 310, Fire Fly took the community by storm, offering unique small-plates, amazing sushi and martinis that kept people coming back for more.
Almost two decades later, Fire Fly is still known as a place to go when you're looking for a great time with outstanding food, creative drinks and craft beer on tap.
